Belle surprise en arrivant dans ce Pullman de Xiamen. Tout neuf cet hôtel bénéficie d'une architecture remarquable, contemporaine. Le Hall, le restaurant, les couloirs et les chambre sont très agréable. Les ascenseurs un peu décevant semble avoir été commandés pour un vieil hotel chinois, mais c'est bien le seul détail qui cloche ! Comme nous (pourtant en halte business) vous adorerez la piscine et ses équipement (sonna - hammam) et la superbe salle de Fitness... Non vraiment ne vous posez la question arrêtez vous dans cet hôtel si vous faites un stop à Xiamen, vous ne serez pas déçu, surtout vu le prix ! A découvrir et ProfiTEZZZZ !!!!

新酒店，各项都很出色，床非常舒适，适合深度睡眠。早餐一般，没有多大惊喜，唯一的缺点就是灯的开关太多，有点混乱，不知道该开哪个。

Pullman Xiamne Powerlong is brand new hotel with comfortable room and nice environment. Nonetheless, service level at lobby is sub standard as front desk simply choose to ignore Le Club platinum member even with the card presented. If you are Le Club members with gold status and above, don't expect any preferential treatment unless you are willing to complain to front desk manager. Breakfast in hotel has many choices but quality is simply average. Kempenski Hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Pullman Hotel and Xiamen train station about 3 kilometers away.

We have stayed at the Powerlong Hotel for 5 times on our business trips to Xiamen - it was nice but old and only its location made it worth. Coming this year to the Stone Fair March 7th we had a nice surprise- everything was reconditioned and the bathrooms were brand new. But................ there were a few " childhood diseases" - the heating didn't work and it was cold this time of the year, for 2 days the hot water was only lukewarm........... But the staff was vwry attentive and they upgraded us to an executive room and hopefully next time coming to Xiamen we will be able to enjoy not only the wonderful location of this hotel but also from the hotel itself.

We stayed at this hotel in the week after its official opening and a lot of the services were not operational, such as pool, limited choice of food etc. As compensation (I think), we were upgraded to a Club room, which was very nice and bright and of course brand new. The service we received was excellent, we were offered help all the way and at all times so no complaints whatsoever. In terms of location, I think the hotel is situated in a favorable spot but I don't know Xiamen well enough. We got amazing value and I would recommend this hotel once it has overcome its teething problems.
